The windy season is upon us, and for some this means that they are gathering their winter coats and boots, and for others - this means preparing for their autumn wedding, creating their wedding attire that will not only make for great photos for the future, but will make your bride looking like a goddess. Here are some of the top trending looks for bridal wear.

Be non-traditional!

In this contemporary era, the trend of being non-traditional for a wedding is one of the biggest trends in the industry, even celebrities like Solange and writer Laura Morelli have both rocked cool jumpsuits for their weddings.

Wedding suits and overalls burst into the top. It can be wide palazzi pants and narrow pipes, transparent lace and silk textures with laser flower decoration - the variations are endless!

Floral appliques

Flower applique designs can range in a variety of colors and components. They are located on both the main fabric of the dress and on the upper layers.

The trendiest patterns are 3D applications. Bulk floral prints can decorate the hem of a dress, straps, and train.

Decorated veils

If you love the minimalist wedding style, then a statement veil would be the best accessory for your wedding attire. Meghan Markle made heads turn in her personalised veil made by Givenchy, while Priyanka Chopra’s 22-metre veil designed by Ralph Lauren made headlines apart from her gorgeous wedding dress and wedding to pop star Nick Jonas.

Plus, who else can forget Angelina Jolie’s personal veil from her wedding to Brad Pitt, which contained drawings from her children. A classic statement piece.

Capes

Nothing makes for a great photo opportunity like a gorgeous cape that’s will-owing in the wind while gazing romantically at your now husband.

Capes are a great cover for any bride that prefers modesty but without the sleeves. They’re also a great substitution for veils, and pretty much go with most dress styles, particularly mermaid and a-line dresses.

Glitz and more glitz

Nothing says statement dress like wearing a dress dazzled in sparkling crystals and stones. Brands like Birenzweig and Galia Lahav effortlessly create bridal wear that shines bright, and is determined to make the audience and the groom/bride pay attention to the other star of the show.

Sassy and sexy

Another big trend is being sexy without exposing too much for those who have modest family members. Mesh covered dresses create a great illusion that you are showing off your gorgeous curves, without actually fearing that there will be any accidents.

Badgley Mishka and Enzoani have great pieces that make modesty ever-so-stylish. A great idea for the bride with much to hide.
